On top of this, we are now working with the Pai Explorer Team in an effort to create the first "Pai Realtor Magazine" which we hope to produce in early April 2010.
This will allow us to advertise your property in all the "High End Resorts & Business" across Pai by printing & distributing 1,000 Copies per month.
.... and finally, to let everyone know that your property is "For Sale" we also intend to be the first real estate company in Pai to place our "FOR SALE" signs on your property.
The placement of our "FOR SALE" signs however, will be dependent on whether or not you are willing for us to represent you in an exclusive way. If not, we reserve the right as to whether we will place them or not depending on any "gentlemans" agreement between us.
What we will GUARANTEE YOU in any case is that when WE SELL your property, we will on completion of the sale, refund all these listing fees back to you. It's a win / win proposition.
